How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Crimesrelationships Tree Service wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Crimesrelationships Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start by taking it up with the provider and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Crimesrelationships Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@crimesrelationships.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Comes Next
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
